This ensures we match you with the perfect specialist for your needs and goals. • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. However, deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when adjusted within the approved timeframe. CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits must be paid prior to your appointment and within 48 hours of booking a service failure to do such will result in appointment cancellation Cancellation of any service at any time after the initial point of booking a service will be charged 45%. This includes no call no shows, same day cancellation, or arriving more than 15 minutes late to an appointment. please be aware that if you arrive late, your card will be charged 45%, you will have an option to reschedule another appointment at a different time. If you do not show to your reschedule on time, you will be charged 45% again and banned from booking.
